Lexus Australia has just confirmed we will get the new six, or seven-seat version of the Lexus RX SUV.
Revealed just days ago at the LA Auto Show, the three-row version of the popular Lexus SUV will land in Australian dealerships in February.

We now also have some better shots of the slightly stretched version, like in the U.S., the six/seven seat Lexus RX will be offered in both V6 (RX 350L) and hybrid (RX 450hL) variants.
Lexus Australia confirmed the local arrival on Facebook and referred to the new variant as a seven-seat SUV, this means we might not see the six-seat variant with ‘captains chairs’ in the middle-row.
There is no word either on whether the four-cylinder turbo (RX 200t) will eventually be built (we’ll keep you updated).
And we will bring you Australian pricing and specification details as that info comes to hand.
Lexus has stretched the RX to allow for up to seven-seats.
