Volkswagen has just teased us with sketches of a new-generation Jetta, the latest in a line of new product that has either arrived, or is coming soon.
And, as we’ve reported right through 2017, global car buyers have responded positively.

Volkswagen has just let us know that they’ve sold a record number of vehicle through the first 11 months of 2017.
In total, 5.64 million vehicles were delivered to customers by Volkswagen in the period.
November was also a record breaking month with 594,300 sales – a full 4.0% up on the same month last year.
In Australia, Volkswagen sales in November totalled 5,364 units, that number a better than 10% improvement on November 2016.
Some of the best-performing models locally in the month included:
Amarok 4X4 – 696 (+32.1)
Caddy Van – 214 (+58.5%)
Golf – 1,761 (+31.6%)
Passat – 260 (+19.8%)
Transporter – 230 (+38.6%)
While the all-new Arteon enjoyed a better than reasonable 67 local sales.

While Volkswagen also welcomed an encouraging 3,000 Volkswagen EV sales in Europe in the month.
